Buche De Noel

A Buche De Noel is a French Christmas cake made from a thin layer of sponge cake that is rolled up and frosted so as to resemble a decorative Yule log

We have two flavours available this year;

Black forest Bûche de Noël
Chocolate sponge roll soaked with Kirsch syrup, vanilla Mascarpone cream and sour cherries filling, coated with dark chocolate chip and Valrhona whipped ganache.

Exotic Bûche de Noël
Lime sponge roll, exotic cream with diced mangoes and vanilla Mascarpone cream, coated with coconut and lemon myrtle meringue.

Pick-Up from Loulou Boulangerie: 19th to 24th December only, 9am-4pm
